Andy Manos is a dedicated Physician Assistant and the Practice Manager at North Star Vascular & Interventional. With over a decade of experience in the field of interventional radiology, Andy has been a core member of the team, working closely alongside the clinic’s founders to deliver cutting-edge, minimally invasive care

Clinical Expertise:
Andy specializes in assisting with a wide range of image-guided procedures. His extensive clinical experience includes:Vascular Care: Expert involvement in varicose vein treatments and port placements.Specialized Embolization: Assisting in advanced procedures such as Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE) for urinary symptoms and Hemorrhoid Artery Embolization (HAE).Thyroid Procedures: Significant experience in ultrasound-guided thyroid interventions, helping patients avoid surgery and visible scarring.

Philosophy of Care:
Andy’s primary goal is to help patients return to the activities they love. Whether it’s improving a patient's ability to breathe and swallow or helping them regain confidence by treating visible neck or leg swelling, he focuses on providing solutions that prioritize rapid recovery and minimal downtime. He is a firm believer in a holistic approach, building strong foundations of trust and clear communication with every patient.

Education: Graduate of Augsburg University (Augsburg College).Leadership: Serves as the Practice Manager, ensuring the clinic maintains its high standards of innovation and compassionate patient experiences.Athletics: Before his medical career, Andy was a standout baseball player at The College of St. Scholastica, where he was recently inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame (2025).

Personal Interests:
An avid runner and outdoorsman, Andy has completed five marathons, including a personal best at the 2025 Boston Marathon. When he isn't at the clinic, he is a proud father of three boys and enjoys spending time on the water, whether it’s frozen in the Minnesota winter or sparkling in the summer.
