John Lee, MD

John Lee, M.D. is a fellowship-trained, board-certified physician specializing in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, echocardiography, and vascular medicine. He brings extensive expertise in catheter-based, minimally invasive treatments and advanced imaging techniques used to manage complex vascular conditions.

In the treatment of hemorrhoids, Dr. Lee applies his background in vascular and interventional care to support modern, non-surgical approaches such as hemorrhoid artery embolization. These targeted, image-guided procedures focus on reducing blood flow to the affected area, helping relieve symptoms like pain and bleeding while avoiding traditional surgery and lengthy recovery times.

Dr. Lee graduated Cum Laude from Trinity University with a degree in biochemistry and molecular biology and earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California – Keck School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, followed by cardiology fellowships at UCLA and an interventional cardiology fellowship at the Texas Heart Institute, Baylor College of Medicine.

A two-time recipient of the Tibor Fabian Research Award, Dr. Lee is a Diplomate of the National Board of Echocardiography and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
